SV Focus Lab 2025: Mastering the Art of Pivoting

Each Morning we will focus on a key area of advanced practice:

🟡 Day 1: The Art of Pivoting: Keynote from George Faller

Breakouts on: Grief, Playbooks, Culture

🟡 Day 2: Pivoting with Self of Therapist: Keynote from Chad Imhoff and James Hawkins

Breakouts on: Stage 2 Enactments, Blocked Caregiving, Tracking Pivots in Clinical Examples

🟡 Day 3: Pivots in Deepening/Heightening Emotion: Keynote from Ryan Rana

Breakouts on: Sexual and Emotional Systems, Using Faith/Spirituality, Pivoting into Stage 2

Afternoons will include:

✅ Team-led FOCUS LABS - Where we discuss the topics of the day and break down the application

✅ Rounds of Role Play with feedback - We will have multiple role plays set up around the same scenario where you get a chance to try interventions more than once

✅ Large Group Connections and Processing - We will discuss what went well, where growth occurred, and what is emerging in the knowledge base as we have practiced
